Marinate: 1 lb pork, cut into stir-fry strips in: 2 tbs sherry 4 tbs soy sauce 1 tbs hoisin sauce Prepare sauce in a cup: 1 cup chicken broth 2 tbs sherry 3 tbs soy sauce 1 tbs sesame oil 1 tbs hoisin sauce 1 tbs corn starch stir fry: 1 onion, cut into strips a lot of chopped garlic some powdered ginger Add the pork, stir fry on high heat to brown it. Add: 2 1-lb bags of cole slaw greens: shredded cabbage and carrots After a while, pour in the sauce. Stir fry on high heat until sauce boils and thickens and vegetables wilt. Serve over rice.
